Barrister with over ten years of professional experience.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of the University of Wrocław, where he also completed a postgraduate course in Economic and Commercial Law. His academic achievements also include postgraduate studies in public purpose investments and FIDIC and the World Bank procedures at the Faculty of Construction Science and Environmental Engineering of the Poznań University of Technology.
Artur Majer is a member of the Częstochowa and Piotrków Trybunalski Bar Association in Częstochowa, where his current function is that of a member of the Disciplinary Board; former deputy Disciplinary Proceedings Representative.
He gave lectures on criminal and misdemeanor procedures and tax offences and misdemeanors procedures to trainee solicitors as part of their professional training at the District Solicitors’ Association of Opole.
His area of professional interest includes civil and economic law (including investment and construction procedures and construction investments based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract, both in the Design and the Design-Build systems), commercial law, as well as administrative and criminal law.
